Hired on a special assignment by Codina Partners to lead development, build the asset management team including elaboration and implementation of the leasing, tenant mix, property management, project management, capital expenditures, ESG goals, construction and customer experience strategies for Codina Partners’ owned assets part of the 250-acre mixed- use community "Downtown Doral" in South Florida.
Through the Covid-19 pandemic, been instrumental in elaborating and executing the office and retail “Codina Cares”programs, health & safety guidelines, street closure & outdoor dining strategy with office tenants and retailers whichtranslated to average increased customer satisfaction, sales performance and traffic higher than pre-pandemic level and increased leasing activity.
Brought retail leasing in-house and lead third-party office broker efforts which resulted in closing more than 175K SF of office& retail deals.
Developed an additional active pipeline of new deals totaling 180K SF therefore successfully strengthening the office and retail tenant mix and positioning of Downtown Doral as one of the top mixed-used project in South Florida.
Gulfstream Park's posh shopping plaza boasts trendy shops, modern eateries, a casino, ample nightlife, and a racetrack.
Hired by The Stronach Group to assist in repositioning the Office campus, entertainment, dining & shopping Village of Gulfstream Park mixed-use project in South Florida.
Built property management team, leasing, merchandising mix and densification plan with intense focus on stabilizing the asset.
Built the foundations including establishing the canvas and evaluating potential partnerships for the future densification development including multi-million square feet of office, hotels, retail and residential.
